General Terms & Conditions

  • All Coaching Plans start with a Kickoff Meeting, free of charge. After the meeting, the Client can decide to continu, change or stop the chosen plan. No fees will be charged before the Kickoff Meeting.
  • All Regular Meetings consist of a 45-minute online session (Google Meet) and preparation time by ECA (ie. analysis, planning, content creation). It is the Clients responsibility to deliver adequate materials on time for the preparation.
  • To get the best results out of the Coaching Plans, the Client must have access to; a mobile phone with camera, a tablet, a tripod plus appliences and a pc/computer.
  • All Materials (ie. video, images, scoring plots, year-plans, accounts) belong to the Client. In event of termination of the partnership with Emiel Custers Archery, ownership of all materials will be transferred to the Client.
  • All Subscription Plans are billed monthly at the beginning of the month. The first month will be billed on a pro-rata basis starting from the kickoff meeting to the end of the month. Save 10% when you choose an annual subscription.
  • All Subscription Plans have a one-month notice period. Cancellation can be done at any moment and will end one month after notification by the Client.
  • No Refunds will be made.
  • All Prices include VAT.
